We start all projects with a feasibility test. We call this the Needs + Options Review. This stage helps clarify your requirements with an options appraisal and reviews future requirements of the project to ensure that the design development runs smoothly. We will help identify all your needs, looking at space planning, accessibility and overall design approach.

In our experience, there are four important steps before building starts:
